Welcome to Heathrow. On leaving the aircraft please follow the purple signs for Flight Connections.
Keep to your left and take escalator down to coaching level, take bus on your right signed for Terminal 1 and 2. These run every six to 10 minutes.
Upon arrival take the escalator up to level 2, turn right and continue forward past immigration, following signs for Flight Connections. Here you will pass through passport control/immigration.
Keep to your right and follow the signs for UK, Ireland & Channel Islands and enter Biometrics Capture – you will not be able to board your next flight without having your picture taken here. Biometric security information.
Take the escalator down on your right to level 1, and continue forward to security.Your hand baggage must conform to EU and UK government regulations. Security information.
Enter security, the maximum expected processing time for compliant passengers is 10 minutes. If you are a non-UK resident and have goods to declare to H M Customs, please use the telephone prior to Security to contact a member of staff.

Your gate number should appear on the flight information screen 30 to 40 min before you flight departs. All UK, Ireland & Channel Island gates located after Biometric Validation
